On the 3rd and 4th of October, the II Colloquium: The Azores of Europe and the Atlantic<\/strong> <\/span><\/a>took place, an event jointly organized by the Centre for Humanistic Studies of the University of the Azores and the Political Observatory. Sponsored by the Vice-Presidency of the Regional Government and by the Luso-American Development Foundation (FLAD), this two-day event was opened to the public, having the objective of debating the question of the European and North-American elections, and their effects on transatlantic relations. The panel was entitled \u201cEuropean and North American elections: dynamics and impacts on transatlantic relations\u201d.<\/p>\n
