From July 15th to 19th, 2023, the XXVII World Congress of IPSA (International Association of Political Science), Politics in the Age of Transboundary Crises, was held, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Political Observatory organized the RC22.02 panel “Global Trends in Politics. Arts, Sports and the Return of Warfare\u2019s”, participating online in the Congress.<\/div>\n
