On September 15, 2025, the celebration of the 50th anniversary of independence of the PALOP countries took place at ISCSP – ULISBOA with the conference “Portugal-PALOP, que caminhos para o futuro?” (“Portugal-PALOP, what paths for the future?”).<\/a><\/p>\n Professor Patr\u00edcia Oliveira, board member of the Political Observer, was present at this event with the intervention \u201cPortugal e PALOP \u2013 Que caminhos para o futuro da coopera\u00e7\u00e3o num contexto de desafios globais\u201d (“Portugal and PALOP – What paths for a future of cooperation in a context of global challenges”).<\/p>\n Babiro Duro Djassi, associate member of the Political Observer, was also present with the communication \u201cRevolu\u00e7\u00e3o e Liberdade: Reflex\u00e3o sobre dois meandros da experi\u00eancia africana\u201d (“Revolution and Freedom: Reflection on two intricacies of the African experience”).<\/p>\n
