On June 25, the Biblioteca da Imprensa Nacional (National Press Library) was packed for the book launch event for \u201cThe Essentials of Cultural Policy\u201d by Carlos Vargas, a Ph.D. researcher at the Political Observatory.<\/p>\n
The event also featured a presentation of the book by Cristina Montalv\u00e3o Sarmento (ISCSP-ULisboa), Director of the Political Observatory, and Duarte Azinheira (INCM).<\/p>\n
