On June 25, the Biblioteca da Imprensa Nacional (National Press Library) was packed for the book launch event for “The Essentials of Cultural Policy” by Carlos Vargas, a Ph.D. researcher at the Political Observatory.

The event also featured a presentation of the book by Cristina Montalvão Sarmento (ISCSP-ULisboa), Director of the Political Observatory, and Duarte Azinheira (INCM).
